We ship from our Boutique Store in Liberty, Texas.  If an order is placed before 3:00 P.M. CST on Monday - Friday the item will ship out the same day. If ordered after 3:00 P.M. CST the order will not be shipped out until the next business day.

We ship through the United States Post Office (USPS). Your package will be sent with signature required. You may be required to go to your post office to pick up the package if the USPS was not able to catch you at home for delivery. We require a signature to cut down on theft and fraud. This protects you and us.

Our Company is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items. Returned items must be postmarked and returned within 14 business days of delivery. Once we receive the items and they are in good condition, we will process your return. Unless we are told differently, the return will be processed for store credit.

In order to receive the refund, items must be unworn, unwashed and not smell like cigarette smoke, with the original tags still attached.
