      We ship from our Boutique Store in Liberty, Texas.  If an order is placed before 3:00 P.M. CST on Monday - Friday the item will ship out the same day. If ordered after 3:00 P.M. CST the order will not be shipped out until the next business day.

      We ship mainly through the United States Post Office (USPS). Your package will be sent with signature required. If the USPS was not able to catch you at home for delivery, you may be required to go to your post office to pick up the package. We require a signature to cut down on theft and fraud. This protects both you and us.

      Our Company is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

      Return Policy

      During the Holiday Season, we will extend our return policy. All purchases dated between November 29th and December 24th, 2019 will have a return date of and must be postmarked no later than January 10th, 2020. Customer will pay for all return shipping fees. All prior return policy terms and conditions will apply.

      You may return most new, unopened items for exchange or store credit. Sale Items are final sale and not returnable. Returned items must be postmarked and returned within 14 business days of delivery. Once we receive the items and they are in good condition, we will process your return and a store credit will be issued and emailed to you. 

      In order to receive the refund, items must be unworn, unwashed and not smell like tobacco products, with the original tags still attached.
